Short Ribs Baby!

What did you make this weekend?   We made a slow-cooked ginger orange glazed short rib with mash potatoes and sugar snap pea and quinoa sides.  It was loads of food but it was delicious and it lasted the whole weekend and then some.  Those are the best meals!  We used the left over short ribs and quinoa and added some sauté peppers and onion to make the filling for quesadillas  for Sunday Night.
